We now have 9 privately owned static caravans on the site available to hire / rent: Five of which are in the quieter, more ‘exclusive’ Kensington area of the site, one is on a lovely pitch at the end of a cul-de-sac on the Balmoral area of the site, one on the outskirts of the Sandringham area, and two are on the Tudor area of the Park, just a few minutes walk away from the entertainment facilities.
Electric and gas is included in the cost of your stay, and bedding - duvets, blankets, sheets, duvet covers, pillows and pillow cases - is provided in most of the caravans, but bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are not supplied in our dog friendly caravans, as we find people prefer to bring their own..

The entrance to the Park Resorts Holiday Village, Manor Park, is less than 5 minutes walk away from a good sized Tesco Supermarket, and about a 10 minute walk away from the busy Hunstanton town centre. It is within a short drive of Heacham, famous for Norfolk Lavender and its link with Pocahontas, and a 20 minute drive from The Royal Sandringham Estate - more tourist information will follow shortly
For all the bird watchers / twitchers, our caravans are ideally situated for short trips along the coast to the many bird reserves, including Brancaster Staithe, Cley Marshes, Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park and Nature Reserve (host of BBC Springwatch), Snettisham Reserve, Titchwell Marsh, and many more |
